Explorer Problem

CPU/Ram: P4

When I try to open a new Inter net explorer page the
computer become unstable and my only way coming back to
normal position is end the explorer task.
Another wierd problem on this computer is when I try to
restart or shutdown, the computer dont respond. and the
only way is to shutdown the computer manually.
The computer details are very good - 1.5 GB memory, Pen 4 -
1.8 GHz...
Help me please....

well i dunno what version of IE you have, but try this.
Go to control panel then add/remove and roll back the IE to the last version.(you can also try to repair IE first if you wont but that never really helps) then reboot and try to get to windows update and make all updates.
