I have just setup OWA on my exchange 2k server and all users can successfully logon. However for some of the users listed in AD the imcorrect (not primary smtp) address is displayed in OWA. i.e. when the user is about to log off an hovers over the logoff buttons, an incorrect(not primary smtp) is displayed in the target path in IE - the same happens is the mouse hovers over Inbox, etc etc. This seems really starnge as, when the users sends out an email using OWA, the primary smtp email address is displayed. It seems to be connecting using the different SMTP address but as long as there is an SMTP address on the user it can resolve to and on the excahnge server. Can anyone help. ps. i have download all the updates/patches available for 2k server

The first question that came to mind was why your users have or need more than one SMTP address. So, if you create a new user/mailbox with just one SMTP address, then you go and logon as that user, what do you see? On my OWA (while hovering)I see the path to the script that will execute when the logoff button is clicked, like https://server/path/logoff.asp.

The users were setup with multiple smtp addresses before i was administering the server. When a new user/mailbox is created with just one user, the folliwing path is displayed when hovering over logoff
