Simple. Say for example you want to link a cell on Sheet 1 to cell D14 on Sheet 2. Here's the code:

=Sheet2!D14

That's it...

1. select the sheet you wanna duplicate
2. right click and choose "move or copy..."
3. select "(new book)" from "To book:" drop down menu
4. check the option of "create a copy"
