There a common problem that Microsoft kb and others forums couldnt find.. Some 3 party products uninstall them delf (usually print/fax software) and then you may rechive this error: "The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly" Event ID: 7031 in System log. The common "fix" : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B820550
The solution useually to resote Localspl.dll file from backup. The kb should be use only if the Localspl.dll reside on yours system. * SFC command dont find that Localspl.dll are missing !
