i have both of these pop-up on a regular basis on my server 2000.

neither are critical errors so dont panic, do you run RAID? the disk cache error arised on mine when the intel server management discovered a defective drive, and so the warning light came on, later to find the drive had died. replaced and not had an error since.

Hi,

First error - I get that every hour on the hour on one of my servers, have for two years! Goes away for a month and then comes back again. I have not been able to figure out why.

On the write cache thing, I find Windows server will disable the write cache on any non-SCSI/non-SATA drive. Now if that just started happening - it as cached before - then you might have a developing HDD problem.

event id: 34 are common events logged after a server is promoted to a domain controller. 34's are logged once every-so-often -they are truly no concern.
