I have bought an eTEC PT-3812 ADSL router and have set it up to accesss my ISP. but no matter what i try. i can not get it to network the other three computers yet the others can all connect to the net.sorry if there isnt much info but im still new to this computer lark when i does try an to connet to the net work all i get is "workgroupis not accessable list of servers is not avalable" any help would be appreciated as iy is drivin me up the wall many thanks apologies if this has been delt with before

Try going here first, as it sounds as though you may just ahve a netork configuration issue: Windows Networking If you do those things and still can't connect, will take from there. Larry

ive just bought the same model but i have the oposit problem the network side works fine but i have problems conecting to the internet i fail on basic ppp and primary ppp however lets see if i can help you i found it easeyer letting the dhcp auto assign ips to the network then in your networking properties click properties of the tcp/ip and set to auto assin ip this will then allow the dhcp to decide what pc gets what ip also make sure all your sub masks are the same as the router unles you dont want other pcs to access that pc then use a difrent sub mask hope this helps
