I have a server running at work with Win2k running SQL server. A fe months ago we upgraded both Processors to 1 GHz. The problem I am having now is when we reboot I get two errors.
1: 8110: Server Manager Interface Failed to Function
2: 8112 BMC in update modeThese errors occur when the system is booting up before it has started windows. You have to press F1 to continue or the system never comes up.
Any Ideas??
Thanks,

I have this error too but it only pops up for a half second before the systems continues booting.
I don't remember seeing this before but I may just not have noticed it before.
I have just added a SCSI Hard Disk and DAT Tape Drive to the system. However, I don't think that's the problem.
Like I said, I think this has been going on for ages and I just missed it. Could it be realted to a BIOS update? Is it possible that the BIOS is put into an update mode during a BIOS update anmd should be set back to normal mode?
I updated the BIOS about 14 months ago and I can't remember what procedure I used to do it. That's what I'm going to look into though.

Found these two links to Intel Website. Exact error you have.
