I am getting this error message when trying to save files: “Error Writing O:\…..\…….cdr file.”
I am trying to save files that I have previously been able to open, edit, and save. I am using Corel Draw 11 (I don't know if that makes a difference or not. It is the program I use the most and really haven't used any others to know if it happens in them as well.) Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sounds as if you don't have proper access to the share. Are you able to open files from that sharename?
You should have your Administrator check the permissions.

Well it happens to files I have created, and while working on them, occasionally saving along the way, I will go to save and that message will come up. I don't know why it just stops letting me save the file.

At first glance it appears you trying to save a file stored on a CD that is read only. This would be a correct error message if that is the case.
Choose File, Save As and save it to the local hard drive.

Good point. What exactly is your "O" drive? I assumed it was a mapped drive to a file server.

Correct. It is a drive on our server. It's not a file from a CD. If it was a file from a CD or a file I didn't have permission to edit, wouldn't the message read something like "The file is read-only, save to another file name"?
The message I am getting reads "Error Writing..."

Perhaps the drive is disconnecting after a period of time.
