error messages on startup

CPU/Ram: 256
Product: dell latitude

I get two messages on startup 1st is: c:progra~1\mywebs-2\ba-\A.bin\F3scrctrl.dll
2nd is : c:progra~/\mywebs-2\bar\1.bin\mwsBAR.dll
and my laptop keeps freezing up when trying to open certain programs. I would appreciate any help i can get to try and fix this as i am not a pc genius by any means, i am new to the whole thing...

When i log onto the internet i get anerror message and my pc starts counting down and shuts off. It says the error is in my win32 file

You have spyware. Run an reliable spyware detector program and, if you don't have one, install a good anti-virus program and keep it up to date.

Mywebsearch IS spyware. I won't just simply uninstall. That's why I suggested the spyware detection software.

Then remove it from the registry.

i downloaded the adware program and ran the scan, it found problems fixed or quaranteed them. When i restarted i had the same error messages. I did the scan several times with no fix. I hhave a virus program through my roadrunner account called pest patrol and that has not fixed them either. I also downloaded spybot and ran that and still no results. I am at a loss on wht to do. Under the error message it says specified module cannot be found it that helps any.. Please any more suggestions..

Did you also run the uninstall from Add/remove programs? There are several sites available that will help you uninstall the software if that doesn't work. Search Google. :)
