Got error message while running Norton Antivirus. Computer freezes and a blue screen appears. Only thing I can do is restart.

Error message is:
*** STOP: 0X00000012 (0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)
TRAP_CAUSE_UNKNOWN

Starting discard of physical memory.
Discard of physical memory complete. Contact the system administrator or technical support group.

My system: Win2K, 512MB Ram, 1GHz

Any1 knows what this is and how to fix it?

Which version of NAV are you running, have you downloaded all the latest patches? Is your NAV W2K compatible?

Hi, I looked up the message at Microsoft and it is saying its a SoundBlaster live issue...here is the info
