I'm using Outlook 2000 as email, server is MS.Exchange. I've install anti virus (netware groupshiel, scan email virus) in my server, Ms.Exchange.Then from Ms.Exchange I sent Install Groupshield to my user. Some of my user can't run the installation and get the message like this "EITHER THERE IS NO DEFAOULT MAIL CLIENT OR THE CURRENT MAIL CANNOT FULLFILL THE MESSAGE REQUEST.PLEASE RUN MS.OUTLOOK AND SET IT AS THE DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT". After click OK, there have another error message like this "THE CUSTOM FORM CUOLD NOT BE OPENED.OUTLOOK WILL USE AN OUTLOOK FORM INSTEAD.THE FORM REQUIRED TO VIEW THIS MESSAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.CONTACT YOUR ADM" I've repair my Outlook 2000 throught Add/Remove Program.
If somebody know about this case, pls kindly teach me how to solve this case.Thank's

Try going into Internet Explorer, select "tools" - "Internet Options". Go to the program tab, and make sure Microsoft Outlook is set as the program for e-mail.
