error loading operating system

I started out getting a stop error 0x50 and restarted my computer and got error loading operating system. I tried to reinstall windows but it just won't happen. Can you give me any help with this? Thank you. Debbie

That stop error is normally a RAM (memory) error, look at : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/171003 You could try reseating the memory chips, or if you have more than one, try removing them one at a time.
