Hi everybody,
when I am printing with an Epson Stylus Color via parallel port, the whole w2k system on a 500Mhz Asus board slows down as the process 'system' eats some 90% of CPU time. I am using the latest Epson driver (v3.1) for w2k. I have heard that Epsons native printer language is heavily using interrupts with the parallel port, is it true, and is it the problem? Has anybody an idea on how to get rid of that 'business'? regards, Peter
