Entry Point Ddentry12 Error

I just loaded the game Everquest and when i start the program i get the following error: "The procedure entry point DdEntry12 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll" I have loaded the latest DirectX 9.0 and ran the test and everything seems to work fine but i still get the same error. Anyone have any suggestions?
