End User License Agreement

CPU/Ram: 1.8 GHz 256MB RAM
Comment:

When I go to install 2000 Pro it says the End User License Agreement is
missing or some thing like that, anyways I have never has trouble with it
before and 2000 can't install without it. What should I do about it?

You probably have a corrupted copy of Windows 2000 if it always refuses to install and always displays the message about the end user license
agreement being missing before you're even given a chance to accept it.
