Empty blue Screen after Log-on...

My PC been running for years, and recently installed Panda anti-virus (?), then after several boots, I got the following: After log on (tried several of my users), I get a blue screen and nothing more. If I do Al Ctrl Del, I can get the task manager, and actually run any software I want (Even disintalled Panda), but not the usual desktop. Any Clue ??? THanks, Damien
