I have created a report using hyperlinks to access scanned exhibits created in pdf. format. After completition of the report, all the hyperlinks worked and I was directed to to the exhibits through their path. My next step was to create a zip file using Winzip 8.0 and email my report along with the exhibits to an associate on the same NT server. Once the recipient received the zip file he was not able to access my hyperlink from the report. This individual does haves the same Winzip program and was able to extract the file, however, he was not directed to the pdf. files when he clicked on the hyperlink in my report. Can anyone tell me what I need to fix so that the links can be viewed when I send it by email with the attached zip file. Thanks

Well, you're pretty foggy on some of the details. Like... Are the hyperlinks accessible via the Internet or are they only stored on the local machine and accessible that way? Basically, do your hyperlinks point to the correct place? And what DOES happen when the other person clisk the link?
Might try starting a new post and include some other info...
