Comment:

I have a friend that has earthlink and sprynet. She can send via sprynet but cannot receive. She can receive via earthlink. Not sure if she can send via earthlink.
My question: Are these two servers the one and same? If not what are all the problems she could have by not being able to receive via sprynet?
Thanks

Is she using an email client software or accessing email in some other way (through a browser perhaps)?
