In Outlook 2000 SP-3 my email, once sent, should be automatically filed in Sent Items. In the last four days that has not been happening. Unfortunately I need a record of what has been sent. Also, my font viewable size on my screen, has decreased to about 6points. (The rest of toolbars etc all appear normal size so it is not screen res or font size settings). The same email sent to recipient is 10point as per my settings. It just seems to be my view body text only that is the issue. Both these issues started about same time. Not sure if it is coincidence or not. TIA GB

Hello, goto you Outlook Express and goto your tools and then goto options. Once you are there goto the Send tab and make sure you have the box ticked were it says --Save copy of sent messages in the Sent items folder... Hope it helps
