I have a problem with "EasyDisk" usb flash disk.32mb . It lights up,so gets power. The usb icon is present but "My Computer" shows no drive. Disk Manager in control Panel shows no disk. If I click to format it says it is write protected but it is not write protected by the switch. Trying to low level format it runs up to chip 8 and says "Read capacity error." It appears to be a 256mb as other disks have only had two chips to low level format. Can anyone suggest a way round this? Does anyone know where I could get hold of a disk to go with the 256mb as the disk with 32mb doesn't seem able to cope? The EasyDisk site is available in America where they are still pushing these disks as gifts but in UK the sites don't open.
