My dvd's all play too fast. It is obvious on the dvd's. It may be true on the cd's also, but it is harder to discern. The pitch of all the words on the dvd's is hight and slightly faster. Is there a fix for this? Do I need a new sound card? Please help. Thanks,

I have both win dvd and power dvd 6 installed. The sound is slightly too fast using either software program. It's hard to tell exactly about the movie action, but it is in sync with the sound.
