Drivers to upgrade to Win 2000

I am currently using HP Pavilion 8576C. When i upgrade to win 2000, my modem, sound, and dvd do not work. System has "Rockwell HCF 56K Data Fax PCI Modem", Master Riptide PCI Audio device..
Any suggestios as to where I can get updated drivers for those.
