Looks like they make specialized keyboards... here was my hint:

To get rid of that message... try this:
Go to start>>programs>>startup.
Have a look in that folder that points to anything that has to do with a keyboard or mouse. If you find anything... drag and drop it to the desktop for safekeeping and reboot to test.
If the error message is gone... you've found your culprit.
If not... it may be in the run keys in the registry.
To get to the run keys:
Go to start>>run>>regedit.
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, RunOnce, and RunOnceEx.
Take a look in those keys for anything that looks like it belongs to DriTek or a keyboard.
If you find something... back up the key you find it in...
To do this:
Highlight the folder on the left hand side.
At the top of the Registry editor click on Registry>>export registry file.
Save it to your desktop.
Call it something like backup.reg.
Make sure the export range is set correctly for the key you are backing up.
Click Save.
Now... delete the suspect entry on the right hand side.
Close the registry editor and reboot to test.
If the error message did not go away... you can reimport what you deleted from the registry by doubleclicking on the backup.reg file on your desktop.
You may also want to check:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
Another way to do all of this is to download MSCONFIG from XP. You can selectively turn off the startup items with it... this includes the Run keys and the startup folder.
