I have Windows 2k. How does one download jpeg pictures and place them as an attachment to Outlook Express and then send them to whoever?

Wow, people sure haven gotten harsh and rude around here... If the picture you want to send is on the internet, simply right click on it, then click on "save as" and choose where you want to save it.
If it's already in an e-mail, right-click the attachment and do the same thing.
Now open up your e-mail program, click the paperclip to add an attachment, browse to the file, and select it. It will now go with the e-mail when you send it.
