I need to wite a batch file that will look at the files in a specific folder, and copy the latest file in the filder to a different directory.

Does anyone know if there is a DOS Command that will look at the date and time on a file, and single it out so I can copy it?

you'd be better off with a script to do this, much more powerful than simple dos commands.
