Hi We have 6 W2K PCs in our little workgroup, can some one tell me how I can start up in DOS mode and connect to the shared directories. All the NET START and NET LOGIN stuff has me confused. Thanks in advance Jennifer

Windows 2000 does not have dos but a command prompt that emulates dos (cmd.exe) To make a share in dos use the net use command. but i suggest using network neighborhood for mappings unless you are familliar with the computer and share names.
