The pc has an orange flashing power light. The computer will not start up. It does not boot up, not to windows or the bois. Nothing happens on the monitor. The CPU and power supply fans both work and run when the pc is started. You can here the hard drive spinning. One of the things that I have tried was to replace the power supply and it is still happening, so I don’t think that is it. Any suggestions any help is appreciated in advanced.

Have you tried resetting the cmos settings in the bios? You can reset it by either removing the battery, or the reset jumper that is normally located close to the battery.

Try a new mouse,if that does not work try a new keyboard and make sure they are connected to the right ports.
