I suspect a change in the switch in the "shutdown" command would be all you need to do to change it from rebooting to a complete shutdown. You can research that yourself.

If you're hoping for a single command you can issue once and have it shut down all PC's in your lab, well, you're dreaming........just like the poster in the thread I linked. If you were in a UNIX/Linux environment, I'm sure it would be possible there if you have in-depth knowledge of the OS, access/permissions and good scripting/programming ability. However, I've never heard of any such thing relating to a Windows environment.

I use this program at my job at a Public Library on our Public Access Computers and it's wonderfull.
