DNS MMC to remote server

Dear everyone, We have a server running windows 2000 server as dns at a remote location, we are trying to manage it remotely by M$ MMC, but it prompt "Access denied. Would you like to add it anyway?". What is the correct way or permission to access remote server? Anyone please help.

With remote desktop software. With the help of terminal service.

Microsoft 2000 server or advanced server has a service named terminal service.you need to load that service in the remote server and then you can manage the remote server from the server you are now using to aceess the remote server
