Computers take a long time to log into the network and are slow to use network resources. I am starting to think this is related to DNS. Are there any tools that can help me troubleshoot this issue?

On the workstation:
Event ID: 8032 browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list

Event Id: 1053 RPC server unavailable
