I'm trying to register a .dll, but I get this error:

Dll RegisterServer in FDBDIF2.dll Failed.
Return code was :0x80004005

I have registerd this file on other servers without a problem
any suggestions are appreciated.

the dll is fdbdif2.dll and it is used to access frist data bank software
