Hello, I want to edit some .dll files. How can I do it? I meant can we do it just in Microsoft word or wordpad?

Whoa hold your horses boy! :). What kind of editing do you want to do?. A DLL is a binary file, therefore editing it with a text editor will render it completely useless. Binary files can be edited with a hex editor (there's an excellent editor named HexIt made by a good ol' friend at http://mklasson.cjb.net/ ), but you *must* know what you are going to touch and where, or you can end up having trouble or even hanging up your computer if the your DLL is a particularly important one.
Make a backup of everything before playing with DLLs.
