I assume you mean a network card (NIC)? Why are you using a PCI NIC? Do you not have integrated NIC? Is this a new installation for this card, or has it resided in that computer and Windows install before? What is the exact error you are getting?

Is this a D-Link wireless PCI card? What model number? Didn't you get an installation CD with the card?

Firstly, remove the card. The drivers should be installed before the hardware is connected/inserted.
