Comment:

I recently installed Service Pack 3 and Carmageddon TDR. Something weird happened after one of them, but I'm not sure which one. I just noticed that all the icons had turned to 256 colors. So i checked the settings, but it said I was using all possible colors, and my display is using 32 bit. Still the icons are the same. So I tried rebooting, but it doesnt seem to solve the problem. Anyway, it didnt bother me too much. But after trying some other games, they suddenly didnt work (C&C - RA2, Starcraft, Oni) and GTA3 (which i have been playing a lot) sais I need at least 12mb of memory on my video card. I have a Geforce2 with 32 mb of memory. I would really appreciate any help!

How about reinstalling your video drivers or latest version of DirectX?
