Comment: I have a laptop, and when I go to control panel and then display to change the resolution (currently 800x600) but I cant make it any higher. I also can't change the color away from 16 colors. This has been making a bunch of problems for me because I cant go to many websites, or run programs. Any help?

Reply: (edit)You need to install the video drivers. Go to the laptop manufacturer's website and enter the model number to find the video drivers. If you have re-installed Win2000 you may need to install additional drivers to gain full use of your hardware.
