Disk Boot failure

hello, I hope somebody can help me. I got a problem with my computer. I have windows 2000.and whenever I start my machine, this the message it gives me "Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM:Failure... Disk Boot failure, Instert system Disk and press Enter." What I did is I reinstall windows 2000, but after the set up and everything, it is still giving me the same message. I hope someone can help me, thanks

What's the boot order in the BIOS? You should have it set to boot from Removable devices first, HDD second, and CD Rom third.

thanks Jennifer for your reply. I don't know the boot order. The thing is that the moment I open the screen, it gives me that message, and I immediatley insert the CD, after the set up is compelete,and everything, it gives me the same message again.
