Hi guys I got a problem with my dialup connection icon. This happen only once in a while, and maybe after using the internet for a while. My problem is, when I use my dialup connection, a little icon appears on the bottom right corner of the screen as it should. But lately, for somereason it disappears from there. I am still connected to the internet but my little icon that was there is now gone. The only I can make it appear is if i go to start up, and log out, and log back again, and only then it will appear again. Makes it hard to disconnect from the internet, if i cant get to the little icon in the corner there. Has anyone heard anything like this?

this has happened to many people before, usually when another program within windows crashes or locks up and after your screen refreshes the image the icon has disappeared. it's no big deal though....i wouldn't worry about it, you can always goto the properties page of my network places and disconnect from the session.
