Hi!
I have tried to disable the Windows Storage Protection as instructed by Microsoft Support website by unchecking the "Forms" under Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete. However this method does not work. Can some one please help?

John, what operating system (or browser) are you using? I have a customer with I.E. 5.0 and Windows 95 (he thinks) that is getting a protected storage prompt when he tries to apply for a digital certificate. . .his password (that he knows) doesn't unlock the option for him.
