Type mmc from run command and add group policy by going to console and then add and remove snapin. Click on add and then choose group policy.

In here you can set many options. I don't know exactly where disable right click is but I know there is a disable right click option for everything and also a disable network neighbour hood option. Just have a look around and see if anything there takes your fancy.

What ever you do do NOT disable use of mmc or group policies else you will not be able to change option back.
