I have a adapter in my Devive drive under Network Adapters called Direct Parallel it has a yellow ! on it. I cannot get onto the net, I am getting my ISP's IP into my system but can't connect, can't ping. If I disable and enable the Direct Parallel I can connect for a minute or so before it quits again. if I try to remove it from the device manager it tells me that it may be required to boot the computer and will not remove it.

Seems like u need drivers for it. The yellow ! means its there but need drivers for it to make it work. U might need a CD or something for it to install drivers.
