Comment:

I installed a Dexxa wireless mouse on my
Toshiba Portege 3020 CT with Windows 2000.
When I try to use it, the cursor jumps all
over the screen and tries to open numerous
programs at the same time. It worked fine
when I had Windows 98 on the computer.

How can I get it to work?

Some things to try:
1. Goto the Dexxa website and make sure that you have the current W2K mouse drivers installed
2. Make sure that the receiver is connected to a PS2 port only
3. Go to the Toshiba website and download the BIOS update for your laptop
