I want to determine the exact date 1, 4 & 9 years ago in Excel 2000... any tips?

Here's two different ways to the same end, both for 9 years.

Make cell A1 your date cell then in cell B1 enter:

=A1-((365.25*9)-1)

or

=MONTH(A1)&"/"&DAY(A1)&"/"&(YEAR(A1)-9)

And just so you know, if you post your Excel questions in the 'Office Software' forum you'll get a better response.
