What can I do so that a Power User canīt change the screen saver, the aspect of the mouse (pointers) and move the Start Bar (Task Bar). I have computers running Windows 2000 in a Workgroup environment
Visit http://dougknox.com/security/index.htm and download the relevant file - just run the file and it will disallow access to these options. To allow them again just run the file.
