How can I delete MBR in windows 2000. I have already deleted all the partitions in my HDD.

You can try downloading Ranish Disk from Version Tracker which will allow you to re-write the MBR - though you need to have a decent handle on the stats of your HD. Or you can try booting off of your w2k install disk, choose the reapir option, command line option and then try >fixmbr if there are no OSes on the HD it might reset your MBR to reflect that.

use win98 boot disk and type

fdisk /mbr
