Using Explore, I deleted the contents of the four alpha-numeric folders under the content.ie5 folder. I was trying to free up disk space. Well, after doing that I can no longer get into Windows. I get a "One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency" message and then it eventually reboots itself, after flashing a blue screen that says something about a memory dump. I'm really happy about this.... Please help!!

If you didn't empty the recycle bin, open it up and select the files to restore. Right click on them and choose restore.
