Hi! Can anybody help me?

I have a problem that I cannot delete some files in a shared folder, though registered as administrator. Anything I drop in that folder, it would be protected from Delete or Replace. It seems just like that folder is written-protected, but it's not. I have made a verifation of the harddisk, it's in order. I have shut down all the terminals, but it failed as well. This happens only with this unique folder, it seems like there's something with its own configuration, but I don't know what, neither my freelancer who set up the server. Anybody can give me some hints before I kill him?

Take ownership of the folder and then you should be able to delete the file.

jennifer was right...take ownership first then on that specific folder "unshare" it first then delete what ever file you want to delete then share them again. Actually being an administrator will do.
