Comment:

I have having a delay with out of office email coming in and going out. I have an Exchange 2000 server and an ISA Firewall. I have sent test emails from an external account (My SBC DSL account) and the messages don’t arrive for quite a while. (It is a 36 Minute delay to be exact) Does anyone know what could be
Causing this? Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mario

1st it wont be the ISA, (unless dial up is every 30 mins)

2nd, maybe you external email account sends mail every 30 mins.

3rd have you checked the imc on the exchange, as that can be set to send / receive every 30 mins
