CPU/Ram: AMD Duron 1,3 Ghz 256 MB

Hi,

I want to schedule my defrag tool under win 2000 using the task planer but win 2k can't handle that.
So is it possible to use the defrag.exe from WinMe to to this. I just want to format Fat32 partitions!
