Microdyne Outsourcing (a vendor that is under microsoft contract for MSN tech support) announced to it's technicians yesterday that they would be dropping all hourly salary to $7.50/hour. Any extra pay will be alocated if the technicians call times are below 8.5 minutes. So the next time you have to call msn tech, if you get a call over 9 minutes... feel lucky.

No one I know uses MSN anyway, and much less would bother to call for support. You have to have an actual product that pepople actually want, to have any kind of support anyway.
