Go here and read the reply 1 and reply 2. http://www.help.com/cgi-perl/question/2/69/104/105?tag=st.hp.cat.q-13&sidx=1830451&from=/cat/2/69/104/105/index.html It seems it's not really NEEDED so just take it out of the Startup and you should be problem free. (FYI it's allegedly related to voice recognition)
